(1) If the transported goods are purely electric vehicles, the special name of the transport is "battery-powered vehicles," the UN number is "UN 3171", and it is "unrestricted goods" when transported by sea and land. "without packaging requirements;
(2) If the transported goods are hybrid vehicles, the special designation for transport is "vehicles powered by flammable liquids," the UN number is "UN 3166", Sea and land transportation is "unrestricted cargo," and there is no packaging requirement.
(3) If the transported goods are lithium-ion batteries, the special name of the transport is "lithium-ion batteries," the hazard class is "Class 9 dangerous goods", the UN number is "UN 3480 ", according to its packaging guidelines, the corresponding packaging category is "II." According to the "Import and Export Commodity Inspection Law of the People's Republic of China," the performance of dangerous goods packaging should be identified and identified for use.
